Job summary

La Salle University seeks a Coordinator of Visit Experience to lead campus visit programs and admissions events. You will oversee daily visit operations, develop student leaders, and partner with departments to create welcoming experiences for prospective students and families.

You will build trainings on professionalism, public speaking, and customer service, and collaborate across campus to ensure smooth event execution and visitor engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in event planning.
• Experience working in higher education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the prospective student visit experience, including tours, group visits, and events.
• Plan and execute school and community visits from start to finish, including scheduling and communications.
• Ensure daily visitor logistics are in place (parking, signage, visitor communications).
• Manage inventory of visit and event materials.
• Design training and professional development for ACE and STAR staff and student leaders.
