Job summary

Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Campus Visit Coordinator to join the admissions team and enhance the on-campus visit experience. You will communicate with prospective students and families, manage visits, and supervise student ambassadors and tour guides.

Responsibilities include planning open houses, organizing information sessions, coordinating schedules, and supporting enrollment events while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in an admissions office environment preferred.
• Must engage prospective students and families and communicate the value of a Jesuit Liberal Arts education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ambassador program for campus visits and schedule 40 student ambassadors.
• Coordinate with offices to prepare schedules, handouts, and visitor materials.
• Oversee day-to-day campus visit program, staffing, referrals, and reference materials.
• Assist in creating training materials and digital resources for Student Ambassadors/Tour Guides and maintain website content.
• Plan and organize on-campus enrollment events (Open Houses, Accepted Students Day, yield receptions, spring visits).
• Lead high-volume interviews and present to large groups during peak travel seasons.
• Analyze survey results to improve the campus visit experience.
