Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a VP of IT Strategy & Transformation to align business strategy with technology execution across North America. You will define a three-year IT strategy, translate priorities into actionable plans, and drive cross-functional alignment with executive leadership.

You will lead transformations, manage vendor strategy and budgets, and build a high-performing technology portfolio that supports growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Strategy, management consulting, or portfolio operations.
• 7+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant budgets.
• Track record of leading large-scale digital transformations within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to move emerging technologies from pilot to enterprise-grade implementations.
• Adept at ELT discussions to translate roadmaps into measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to distill business requirements into a cohesive multi-year tech blueprint.
• Experience evolving PMOs into lean, value-driven governance models.
• Oversight of Big Tech partnerships (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce) for performance and cost-efficiency.

• Direct IT business partnering to embed tech leadership with business strategy.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage enterprise vendor relationships.
• Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets and strategic partnerships.
• Drive change enablement and user adoption across the organization.
