The role requires 15+ years in IT strategy and a proven record of digital transformations. Strong vendor management, communication with ELT, and budgeting across portfolios are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT strategy, management consulting, or portfolio operations.
• 7+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant departmental budgets.
• Track record of leading large-scale digital transformations in matrixed organizations.
• Experience moving emerging tech (Generative AI, edge computing) to enterprise-scale.
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into a multi-year technology blueprint.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across North America for integrated technology delivery.
• Drive governance, budget management, and vendor strategy across portfolios.
• Develop a unified three-year IT roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate insights and strategy to the CIO and executive leadership.
