Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Regional Vice President of Information Technology to lead the regional technology strategy, partnering with the Regional President and the CIO to define priorities, evaluate opportunities, and deliver a one- and three-year roadmap for operators. This remote role requires travel and a proven ability to translate technology into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including 4+ years of people leadership.
• Experience scaling technology teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-brand, or distributed operations.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting acquisition integrations.
• Experience owning, managing, and defending a technology budget.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Define regional technology strategy and priorities with the Regional President.
• Develop a one- and three-year technology roadmap for operators.
• Lead technology workstreams for acquisitions and integrations.
• Build alignment with stakeholders across the region.
• Oversee security, data, and enterprise standards locally.
• Manage budget and optimize technology spend.
• Lead regional analytics, AI, and automation initiatives.
