Job summary

Terminix is seeking a VP of IT Strategy & Transformation to align business priorities with technology execution across North America. This executive role defines and advances a three-year IT strategy and translates priorities into actionable, value-driven plans.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive major digital transformations, oversee vendor negotiations, and partner with the CIO and senior leaders to maximize ROI and support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Strategy, Management Consulting, or Portfolio Operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Executive Strategic Leadership: drive cross-functional problem-solving across complex business, technical, and commercial ecosystems.
• Enterprise & Global Integration: align regional and global technology teams for operational synergy.
• Financial & Commercial Governance: lead vendor strategy and budget governance across technology portfolios.
• Multi-Year Strategic Roadmap: construct a unified three-year IT roadmap across domains.
• Change Enablement & Technology Adoption: drive adoption and ROI realization with HR and business leaders.
