• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle operations or related field.
• 5+ years leading at senior director or vice president level.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology-operations portfolios with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations.
• Own portfolio of Operations technology, automation, and global initiatives.
• Set governance, budget, and performance metrics for cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology-delivery requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, vendor governance, and partnership with external delivery teams.
• Sponsor workflow redesign and ensure scalable, compliant processes.
