Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to lead the technology foundation for corporate and on-site teams. You will own cybersecurity, infrastructure, the Microsoft 365 environment, and enterprise apps while building an internal AI program.

You are a strategic leader with 10+ years in IT, CISSP/CISM or cloud security credentials, and a track record in zero-trust, incident response, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
10 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise IT at a director level or above.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft or cloud security credentials.
Ownership of an enterprise cybersecurity program built on a recognized framework.
Experience defining AI governance and delivering AI/automation use cases in regulated environments.
Knowledge of multifamily property management or real estate environments.
Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, IAM, risk management, and zero-trust.
Knowledge of proptech landscape and property management platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data platforms.
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to boards and C-suite.
Ability to navigate organizational complexity and lead through ambiguity.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune, Purview).
Ability to evaluate architectures and integration strategies across infra, cloud, and business apps.
Ability to lead technology transformation and change across teams.
Ability to own a technology budget with disciplined prioritization.

Responsibilities

Own cybersecurity, infrastructure and network operations, MS365, and enterprise apps.
Oversee MSP relationship, scope, terms, SLAs, and escalation.
Establish IT service governance with ITIL-aligned processes.
Define and lead enterprise AI strategy and governance.
Stand up and scale AI delivery and literacy across the organization.
Lead a small internal team and present to executives and the board.
Report KPIs on security posture, performance, spend, and AI adoption.
Ensure availability, performance and resilience of corporate cloud services and connectivity.
Govern information governance: labeling, retention, DLP, and data protection.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding for property tech and community systems.
Manage budgets, licensing optimization, and vendor contracts.
