You will lead a cross-functional group of Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver scalable analytics and executive-grade visualizations across the Americas. The role requires 12+ years in BI/Analytics, strong leadership, and expertise with PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations.
• BA/BS minimum; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, direction, roadmaps, and behaviors for the BIA org.
• Advise leadership, coach the team, modernize BI approaches, and automate analytics.
• Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists in designing analytics framework.
• Build data models and create meaningful, executive-grade visualizations.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate and empower the sales force.
• Tell the business story across product lines to executives.
