Control Risks is seeking a senior analytics leader to grow the Americas Data Analytics practice. The role combines business development, client engagement, and analytics-driven advisory in investigations, compliance, and risk.

You will guide a growing team across the Americas, collaborate with global functions, and shape strategic analytics services. Ideal candidates bring 7–9 years in consulting or analytics-enabled services, plus strong skills in Power BI/Tableau and SQL/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Commercially minded with client-facing and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and pipeline development for the Americas Data Analytics practice.
• Oversee high-impact analytics projects across investigations, compliance, and risk.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing analytics team across geographies.
• Partner with leadership to shape strategy, offerings, and talent development.
