Job summary

Cisco's Americas SP&O is seeking an Americas Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) Leader to set the vision, roadmap, and behaviors for success across the BIA organization. You will lead data strategy, drive automation, and deliver field analytics for sales across PowerBI, Executive Console, and SalesAI Assistant.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists, partnering with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and Product teams to align cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Sales BI & Analytics and Operations.
BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with BI visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics, Looker).

Responsibilities

Set the vision, direction, and roadmaps for the BIA organization.
Coach and advisor to leadership; modernize BI approaches and automate analytics.
Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to design analytical framework.
Build data models and create meaningful visualizations across multiple platforms.
Leverage AI capabilities to automate and empower the sales organization.
Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and cross-functional partners.
Translate business needs into actionable insights for executive leadership.
