Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Power BI Developer / Business Analytics Consultant to support executive reporting, analytics, and enterprise dashboard development across Americas operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field; will consider 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or related fields.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Experience automating reporting processes and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience defining KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Strong data modeling, visualization, and BI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive reporting and KPI dashboards for Americas operations.
• Automate proposal reporting processes and workflows.
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards supporting enterprise needs.
• Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and dashboard formats.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across platforms.
