Job summary

Cisco is seeking a senior leader for Americas Business Intelligence & Analytics to set the vision and roadmap for the BIA organization, guiding a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists. You will partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and Sales leadership to deliver cross-functional insights and scalable analytics across the Americas.

You will drive automation, define data infrastructure, and craft meaningful visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and other BI tools to

Qualifications

12+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations.
BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics, and Looker for enterprise dashboards.

Responsibilities

Set vision and roadmap for Americas BIA organization.
Advise leadership, coach BIA team, and drive automation.
Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to design analytical framework.
Build data models and effective visualizations.
Leverage AI capabilities to automate insights for the salesforce.
Tell the business story across product units and executive teams.
Collaborate with Finance, CETO, Revenue Intelligence, and cross-functional partners.
Interact with cross-functional teams to align to action.
