Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks an Americas BIA Leader to define the vision and roadmap for analytics across the SP&O and sales orgs. You will guide a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to deliver strategic dashboards and models that empower field leadership.

You will partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence and other functions to drive data strategy, automate insights, and present executive-ready storytelling across Cisco's Americas business.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, direction, roadmaps for the BIA organization.
• Advise leadership, coach BIA team, modernizing BI approaches and driving automation.
• Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists in designing the analytics framework.
• Build data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights.
• Create meaningful visualizations to inform decisions across regions.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate and empower the salesforce.
• Tell the business story across product units and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, CETO, Revenue Intelligence and cross-functional partners.
• Engage with teams to translate strengths into action.
