Job summary

Cisco is seeking an Americas BI & Analytics leader to define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the BIA function across Americas Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations. You will lead a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to deliver strategic analytics and actionable insights.

The role requires 12+ years in BI/Analytics with strong business acumen, an MB A or equivalent, and expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, and other BI tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations with strong business acumen.
• BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience creating and automating Enterprise dashboards with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmaps for Americas BIA organization.
• Coach and develop team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists.
• Deliver field analytics via PowerBI, Executive Console, SalesAI Assistant, etc.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and Sales leadership.
