You will guide the team in building enterprise dashboards and analytics across PowerBI, Looker, and other tools while partnering with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and Sales leadership. You will lead cross-functional groups of BI professionals, engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable data models, automated insights, and executive-ready

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales BI & Analytics and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmaps for the Americas BIA organization.
• Advise leadership, coach the BIA team, and modernize BI approaches.
• Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to design analytics framework.
