Cornerstone Care seeks a Vision Receptionist at our Uniontown Office to handle calls, register visits, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and assist with frame and contact lens fittings. You will also support the doctor with patient intake and pre-screening.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent with related training or commensurate experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage front-desk tasks in a busy clinic.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Check patients in and out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and copays for glasses/contacts.
• Collect all patient information and payments.
• Assist patients with frame fittings and lens selections.
• Enter lab orders and manage billing adjustments in NextGen.
