Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to define the strategy and roadmap of a scalable CV platform. You will partner across product teams to specify requirements and drive adoption of AI models and infrastructure.

Lead lifecycle management for central CV models, establish KPIs, and deliver measurable business outcomes while collaborating with senior leadership on roadmap and capability decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or cross-functional domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, CV algorithms, or production ML pipelines.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps and KPI/OKR metrics.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Partner with internal product leaders to define platform requirements and drive adoption.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track metrics to measure platform success and impact.
