Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to shape the strategy and roadmap of our Computer Vision Platform. You will partner with product leaders, drive API/feature requirements, and guide the lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or cross‑functional technical domains.
• 1+ year hands-on experience building ML models or CV algorithms.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal alignment and requirements gathering with product teams.
• Develop MRDs/PRDs and user stories for platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Measure platform adoption, latency, cost-efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct market research and discovery to inform strategic build vs buy decisions.
