Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager – Computer Vision to lead the strategy and rollout of the CV Platform. You will partner with product leaders across the company to define platform requirements, APIs and scalable architectures for model serving, data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud synchronization.

You will own the lifecycle of reusable CV models and foundational AI infrastructure, measure success with KPIs, and drive adoption of platform services while shaping

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management with platform/AI focus
• 3+ years hands-on ML/vision model development or ML pipelines
• Deep knowledge of computer vision, ML lifecycle and MLOps
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with KPIs/OKRs

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform
• Lead internal partnerships and align requirements across teams
• Write MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core capabilities
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure
• Define and track platform adoption, performance, latency and cost metrics
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform build vs buy decisions
