Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Computer Vision to lead the strategy and roadmap for the CV Platform, partnering with product leaders to define platform requirements and enable AI model adoption across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes lifecycle ownership of central CV models, producing measurable outcomes, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-scale cloud and edge AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products or complex technical domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, pipelines, or CV algorithms.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycles, data platforms, and scalable AI infra.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and metrics to measure success.
• Proven leadership, cross-functional influence, and stakeholder communication.
• Customer-focused with ability to conduct early-stage discovery and align needs.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Serve as platform product leader, align with internal teams, define requirements and drive adoption.
• Author MRD/PRD and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, performance, latency and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
