Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Oklahoma City to lead a collaborative, patient-focused eyecare office. You will recruit and develop a motivated team, drive KPI performance, uphold service standards, and partner with doctors and home office support to ensure a seamless patient experience.

This role requires 1–2 years in a management role in retail or hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a servant leadership style. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience with 1-2 years in a management role.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to exceptional patient experience and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Drive financial performance by managing behaviors that impact KPIs.
• Uphold service standards to increase patient loyalty and retention.
• Maintain HR policies and a safe work environment for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with doctors and home office support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Lead performance and development in partnership with the General Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient requirements.
