Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college or equivalent retail supervisory experience.
• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandising and pricing, and oversee in-stock levels and signing.
• Provide exceptional customer/member service and resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Oversee inventory planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and communicate trends and community needs.
• Lead, hire, train, and mentor Vision Center Associates, fostering a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
