Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop Vision Center Associates, provide training and recognition.
• Oversee compliance with policies, asset protection, and safety controls; monitor reports and implement action plans.
