Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry or within 12 months to sit for ABO exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire or job entry.
• Willingness to register and maintain an NPI number as required by state law.
• Preferred: experience in health care or retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and fittings.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders; verify prescription information.
• Perform frame/lens adjustments and repairs; conduct final inspection of eyewear.
• Educate members on eyewear care and usage; support lens options and procedures.
