Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory control.
• Guide Associates in customer service to resolve issues per Company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach and ensure compliance with policies and safety controls.
• Develop and implement plans to improve performance and protect assets.
• Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities to Vision Center staff.
