Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Eye Care/Optical Center professional to drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring compelling merchandising, accurate pricing, proper signing, and strong in-store inventory. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to company guidelines to resolve member needs and issues.

You will lead associates, support community outreach, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining data confidentiality and high-quality eyewear services.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation with accurate pricing, signing, in-store inventory, budgeting and forecasting.
• Supervises associates and enforces customer service standards.
• Oversees community outreach and ensures compliance with policies and safety controls.
• Provides development opportunities for associates and maintains confidentiality of records.
