Walmart, Sam's Club Vision Center in Laredo, TX, is seeking an Optical Manager, Non-Certified to drive sales and service excellence. This full-time role requires supervision of associates, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and strong customer engagement to meet members’ eyewear needs.

You will lead a team, train staff, manage inventory and processes, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering quality eyewear and a positive Member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vision Center sales by maintaining appealing merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and in‑stock levels.
• Provide direction and training to associates to ensure excellent CustomerMember service per company guidelines.
• Oversee asset protection, safety, and quality control within the Vision Center.
