Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of college completed.
• 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Two years general work experience including 1 year optical and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active ABO certification/registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, and inventory oversight.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with member needs.
• Monitor pricing and adjust strategies to hit financial targets.
• Coach and develop the optical team; handle hiring and performance reviews.
• Oversee eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation.
