Walmart Vision Center seeks an experienced optical leader to drive department sales through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory oversight in Stockbridge, GA. You will oversee measurements, fittings, and contact lens education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Lead a collaborative team, manage appointments, train staff, and coordinate with optometrists to deliver high-quality eye-care services in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by company policy and applicable regulations.

Responsabilités

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with customer needs, community demographics, and local economic patterns.
• Oversees precise eyewear measurements, fittings, adjustments, and contact lens education under applicable optometric supervision.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains patient records and privacy.
