Walmart Inc. is seeking an Optical Department Lead to drive sales growth through merchandising and accurate pricing, while overseeing inventory and seasonal execution. You will forecast trends, align assortments with local demographics, and monitor competitive strategies to achieve targets.

You will also supervise the optical team, conduct fittings and measurements under supervision, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Strong customer service and collaboration with optometrists are essential.

Competenze

Completion of 2+ years of college or demonstrated equivalently.
1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
2 years of general work experience including 1 year optical experience; high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
