Job summary

You will forecast trends, align assortments with customer needs, and monitor pricing to meet financial goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. You will oversee team hiring, training, and development, and support clinical operations under optometric supervision.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management aligned with customer needs and local market trends.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust product assortments to optimize financial performance and market relevance.
• Manage quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Ensure accurate eyewear measurements, fittings, and adjustments under applicable supervision.
• Monitor operational reports to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous performance enhancements.
