You will mentor staff, coordinate with optometrists, labs, and suppliers, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes supervision, regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate eyewear solutions while maintaining exceptional member experience at the point of sale and service

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by company policy and applicable regulations.
• Active licensure/registration.
• Active ABO.
