Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include college credits or equivalent experience in retail or optical settings.
• Experience supervising associates and working in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with eyewear products or optical equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandise presentation and proper pricing.
• Supervise and mentor Vision Center associates, ensure asset protection and safety.
• Educate Members/Customers on eyewear options and ensure quality customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain inventory and ordering processes.
