Qualifications

• Two or more years of college completed, or one year of retail experience with one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Supervise Associates, provide training, mentoring, and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Advise customers on eyewear selection, take measurements, verify prescriptions, and perform minor frame repairs.
