Sam's Club in Scranton Dickson City, PA is seeking an Optical Manager, Non-Certified to lead the Vision Center and drive sales through merchandising, pricing, and inventory management. This full-time position requires supervising associates and delivering exceptional member service in accordance with Walmart policies.

You will educate customers, obtain measurements, verify prescriptions, and maintain optical equipment while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college coursework or higher preferred.
• 1+ year of retail supervisory experience required.
• 1 year optical experience preferred; ABO certification required within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vision Center to drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection and safety standards.
• Supervise, train and develop Vision Center associates; foster a culture of belonging and performance.
• Assist customers with measurements, prescription verification and eyewear selection.
