Walmart in Carrollton, TX is hiring for a comprehensive optical leadership role. You will drive department sales through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory oversight while ensuring concierge service and accurate eyewear fittings under optometric supervision.

You will monitor HIPAA compliance, lead a team of associates, and coordinate with labs and suppliers to maintain high-quality patient care and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college.
• 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience, including 1 year’s optical experience and HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• ABO certification through American Board of Opticianry.

Responsabilités

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecast sales trends and align product assortments with customer needs and local patterns.
• Lead, coach, and develop the optical team and oversee eyewear measurements and fittings under supervision.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient records.
• Manage order processing and coordination with labs and suppliers.
