Qualifications

• Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work experience, including 1 year optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• ABO certification per company policy and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with customer needs and local demographics.
• Sets and upholds high service standards; resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Oversee eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Lead and develop optical team through hiring, training, and performance management.
