Responsibilities

• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with customer needs and local demographics.
• Monitor pricing, adjust strategies to hit financial targets and drive revenue.
• Oversee optical measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists on orders and status.
• Support OD services by managing scheduling, pre-testing, and patient records per HIPAA.
