Walmart Inc. is seeking a dedicated Optical Department Lead to drive sales growth, manage pricing accuracy, inventory, and seasonal execution in the Mason Vision Center.

You’ll forecast trends, align assortments with local demographics, and maintain high service standards for accurate patient eyewear fittings under optometric supervision. The role includes overseeing measurements, lens parameters, and contact lens education, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and documentation.

Formación

• Completion of 2+ years of college.
• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work experience, including 1 year optical experience.
• Active ABO certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the optical department operations and performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data security across processes.
• Oversee precise eyewear measurements, fittings and lens parameters under optometric supervision.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists regarding orders and status.
• Develop team through coaching, training, and performance management.
