Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight and seasonal execution.
• Oversees precise eyewear measurements, fittings, adjustments under optometric supervision.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy and proper documentation; maintains safety and calibration of equipment.
• Leads and develops the optical team through coaching and performance management.
