Job summary

LensCrafters is looking for a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes in-store. You will guide customers through lens choices, perform adjustments and support sales associates to achieve store goals.

Requires a current state Opticianry license, strong optical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to act as an alternate store key holder. Retail and lab duties may apply, with emphasis on quality and customer care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and product knowledge.
