Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. You will guide sales associates, assist customers with lens selections, and perform accurate measurements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Under the state Opticianry license, you will adjust and repair eyewear, dispense eyewear, and maintain lab standards. Leadership and training experience is preferred to foster team growth and ensure store success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist in lens selections.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder.
• Ensure accurate digital measurements and dispense eyewear.
