LensCrafters in Savannah, GA is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store success. You will manage key optical and lab processes, assist customers, and guide sales associates in product knowledge and service standards.

In this role, you may serve as an alternate store key holder and help maintain high optical quality, safety, and lab operations. A HS diploma and leadership experience are preferred; experience in edging and mounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations for eyewear.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder and help manage store operations.
• In lab, perform edging and mounting, ensure optical accuracy and lab maintenance.
