Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic math.
• Sales skills and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Leadership & training experience.
• Edging & mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge & optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LensCrafters team to deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide proactive, solution-oriented assistance and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations, support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible store lead handling keys and opening/closing duties.
• Oversee lab processes if applicable, including fitting and accuracy of eyewear.
• Ensure safety in the lab and maintain equipment and processes.
