Job summary

LensCrafters in Appleton, WI, seeks a dedicated store leader to partner with the Managing Doctor to deliver exceptional Optometric care and the LensCrafters Experience. You will link patient flow with retail functions to achieve high-quality outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, driving exam and contact lens growth, and attracting new patients while upholding brand standards and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Patient service; strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership; coaching skills.
• Problem solving ability.

• Strong communicator and listener.
• Ability to manage time effectively and problem solve.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OD collaboration to deliver high-quality optometric care and exceed NPS targets.
• Drive patient flow and maintain TAB/appointment-book performance.
• Attract new patients to the practice and improve exam and contact lens growth.
• Lead and train doctor office staff; ensure HIPAA-compliant records.
• Coach and model exemplary patient interactions and service quality.
• Ensure stock and supplies are managed including contact lens trials.
• Support recruiting and selection of qualified staff; manage schedules.
