Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in patient service with strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced optical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care in partnership with the Managing Doctor
• Ensure OD NPS targets and patient retention goals are met
• Attract new patients to the practice and improve patient flow
• Coach and train new doctor-support staff
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance
• Assist in scheduling and office supply management
• Provide excellent service and clear communication to patients
