LensCrafters in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Team Lead to oversee customer service and store operations, including optical and lab processes.

You will mentor sales associates, ensure accurate product knowledge, and help maintain optical standards while delivering a warm, personalized experience to customers.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with edging and mounting when applicable.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist in store operations and lab processes to achieve store goals.
• Support sales associates with selections and recommendations.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder.
• Maintain lab tools and ensure safety and basic operation where applicable.
