Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical & retail experience is essential.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Solid basic math and sales abilities.
• Experience with edging & mounting preferred.
• Familiarity with store cash handling and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Lead and support sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder when needed.
• Oversee lab and optical processes, including edging, mounting, and quality checks.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Create a safe, efficient working environment and maintain lab tools and systems.
