The role requires 4+ years of management experience, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering results. You will train and coach a high-performing team while following policies and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Strong command of the English language for all correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and improvement to meet/exceed all key performance indicators.
• Ensure LensCrafters is known as the leading optical provider within Host/community/market.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of retail business and transfer knowledge to drive results.
